面对墙壁，不见一物。语出《《论语・阳货》：“人而不为周南召南，其犹正墙面而立也与。”比喻不学无术，毫无才能。《南朝梁・简文帝・诫当阳公大心书》：“若使墙面而立，沐猴而冠，吾所不取。”亦作“面墙而立”。
